On the 26 August, Alan Winde, Minister of Finance, Economic Development Tourism, addressed the African Ports Evolution 2013 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. The Western Cape Government, in collaboration with the City of Cape Town and the National Government, is developing a proposal for the redesign for the Port of Cape Town precinct.
