This project involved updating the Clock Tower Precinct Plan of 1999 in response to recent developments in the City of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. The new precinct plan integrates heritage, urban design, environmental and transport planning requirements and sets out the non-negotiable guidelines that will ensure that future development in the precinct is in keeping with the vision of the V&A Waterfront Development Framework and meets with Council approval.
