How can investments and movements in property values provide insights about the future?
Our Future Cities studied data and conducted research into the land use character and average property prices and rentals across different land uses (commercial, residential, etc.) along the Voortrekker Road Corridor over a 10-year time period. This included a comparison of property prices between different zones, being the Bellville/Parow Urban Development Zone (UDZ), and the PT1 and PT2 areas demarcated by the City of Cape Town.
