The City of Cape Town has allocated R170 million for infrastructure projects in the Voortrekker Road Corridor. The allocation, emanating from the Integrated Cities Development Grant, will be used to unlock opportunities, amongst others, pertaining to employment and education facilities for those living within the Voortrekker Road Corridor (VRC), as well as for affordable, well-located housing which caters for key workers such as nurses and teachers.
